I noticed a section stating it was 1:1 support, but the link directed to a 1:1 sales demo. As a current customer, I need targeted assistance with a task specifically, creating and implementing more effective segments.
I'm on the Pro plan. Site Tracking is enabled and I whitelisted my domain. When clicking on a contact, I can see that webpage visits are indeed correctly tracked. Site Tracking and whitelisting are the prerequisites to use Site messages. However, when I open the ‘Sending’ tab in the ‘Add an action’ popup inside an automation, I don't see the ‘Send a site message’ option, which should be there, according to this article: https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000062250-Create-site-messages-for-your-contactsDoes anyone knows why, and how I can resolve this?
Hi team. I don’t like the new report tiles that appear at the top of some pages (eg the Contact Engagement tile on the Contact page). The info may be useful to access when I want to but not taking up screen real estate all the time. How do I turn them off? Thanks

Drop it below 👇
In the Preference Center form, the “Unsubscribe from all” text is:“Unsubscribe me from future marketing emails, except transactional emails such as invoices, password resets, and account-related information.” Is there a way to change the wording of this text?We are using ActiveCampaign only for marketing emails. Our contacts don't have anything to do with transactional emails like invoices, password resets and account-related information. So I'm afraid this might lead to confusion. Only the text “Unsubscribe me from future marketing emails” would be sufficient.
New to the community here! We are on the tail end of implementation and have a question regarding event tracking. We are having issues finding any developer documentation for event tracking to GA4 & Plausible. Before we add our own solution, is there an official way to track successful form submissions to third parties like GA4 and Plausible. We are not talking about ACs integrated overall event tracking solution we can enable in the AC dashboard. We don’t just use Google Analytics, we have other tracking platforms we need to track form submissions/events...help please!

Welcome to Week 4 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! Complete this week’s challenge, share your output in the comments, and comment to win swag 👀This week, we’re focusing on the contacts you already have but aren’t reaching. They opened once, maybe clicked once—and then went quiet. Your challenge: use Active Intelligence to build a multi-step re-engagement sequence for contacts who haven’t opened an email in 90 days, and give them a reason to come back. How to run your Week 4 task Paste this into Active Intelligence:Build a multi-step re-engagement sequence for contacts who haven’t opened an email in 90 days. I’m no longer able to see the “Contact/Account” name when I am in the Deal List view. It is on the Deal Card, but when I shift to the Deal List it is not there. Can it be added as a column? Also, the new colors are too transparent and make it difficult to see the individual cards. Why were so many “look/feel” changes made at once?
Hi all, I'm looking to create something similar to the Product Catalog block / RSS block for a client, but for their upcoming webinars.Their webinars are listed on their website and they have RSS feeds, but the client is not hyped about how the native RSS feed block looks in ActiveCampaign.Has anyone done this or something like this before?I’m wondering what the best approach would be.Can the RSS feed block be customized further with CSS? I’m also seeing I can “Insert Content from URL” which would insert a full webpage into the emailAny thoughts would be much appreciated.
On the campaigns page….Why do the AI features have to take up so much real estate if we’re not using them. I find it so frustrating to have to scroll down the page to get to my work all of time. Can’t we hide it if we’re not using it?? It takes up half of the page.
I noticed over the weekend that the Deals page in AC has changed, with a brand new look. How are others feeling about this?I get that change is good…But…I am really missing that the tasks that needed to be attended to used to be in red and now there is nothing highlighting them. The page looks very mundane and boring. What do others think?

Welcome to Week 3 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! This week, you’ll turn a one-off win into a repeatable formula. Most marketers have had a campaign that performed better than expected: a standout open rate, a spike in clicks, or more replies than usual. The challenge is figuring out exactly why it worked so you can do it again.Your task this week: ask Active Intelligence to break down your best campaign and create a blueprint you can use for your next send. Here’s your prompt to run in Active Intelligence: “Break down the specific elements that drove performance, including subject line, send time, audience segment, and content. Tell me which elements had the biggest impact and why.”Or try this:My last campaign had an above-average open rate. What made it perform well, and how can I replicate that approach for my next send? What you’ll get:Performance breakdown showing which campaign elements contributed most to your results Campaign blueprint with specific recommendations to a
Looking through the status dashboard of ActiveCampaign, one doesn’t see the near-daily platform problems -- entire record types disappearing, scheduled sends delayed for 1+ hours, WYSIWYG editor not loading -- and instead shows day after day of “no downtime recorded.” Why is this? Why is the day to day usability of the platform, which is regularly degraded and reflected with a “Partially Degraded Service” message, not reflected in the status dashboard for today or nearly every other day?
The support I get from the A.I. Chatbot has me going around in circles since the answers it gives do not resolve my issues. Is there a way to bypass this and go directly to an actual human being in support?
Thank you to everyone who shared thoughtful, data-backed takeaways on content types, segmentation, personalization, and CTAs.Congratulations to our 10 Week 2 winners: Kkoalabear_3 billyb kenderacademy Aadamsakry Suzanne Castle johnhughesgolf BBBOperations Chandra at Pillai Center CoachToby Eerikcrighton We’ll be in touch with your prize redemption details!Thank you again to everyone who participated and made the conversation so valuable for the community. Welcome to Week 2 of the Active Intelligence Challenge!Your task this week: use Active Intelligence to analyze which content types and CTAs are driving the highest click-through rates across your campaigns. Here’s your prompt to run in Active Intelligence:"Analyze which content types and CTAs drive the highest click-through rates in my campaigns. Tell me what's working, what isn't, and what I should use in my next email."Or, if you want a faster start, use this quick-start prompt:"Analyze which content types and CTAs drive the highest click-through rates in my campaigns."What you’ll get: A breakdown of what campaign elements are driving engagement and which ones your audience is scrolling past Specific recommendations for your next send based on your own campaign data A reusable framework to help drive more clicks in every campaign going forward To get credit for completing Week 2:Share your Active Intelligence output in the replies below.
