Hi all, I'm looking to create something similar to the Product Catalog block / RSS block for a client, but for their upcoming webinars.Their webinars are listed on their website and they have RSS feeds, but the client is not hyped about how the native RSS feed block looks in ActiveCampaign.Has anyone done this or something like this before?I’m wondering what the best approach would be.Can the RSS feed block be customized further with CSS? I’m also seeing I can “Insert Content from URL” which would insert a full webpage into the emailAny thoughts would be much appreciated.
Welcome to Week 3 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! This week, you’ll turn a one-off win into a repeatable formula. Most marketers have had a campaign that performed better than expected: a standout open rate, a spike in clicks, or more replies than usual. The challenge is figuring out exactly why it worked so you can do it again.Your task this week: ask Active Intelligence to break down your best campaign and create a blueprint you can use for your next send. Here’s your prompt to run in Active Intelligence: “Break down the specific elements that drove performance, including subject line, send time, audience segment, and content. Tell me which elements had the biggest impact and why.”Or try this:My last campaign had an above-average open rate. What made it perform well, and how can I replicate that approach for my next send? What you’ll get:Performance breakdown showing which campaign elements contributed most to your results Campaign blueprint with specific recommendations to a
Looking through the status dashboard of ActiveCampaign, one doesn’t see the near-daily platform problems -- entire record types disappearing, scheduled sends delayed for 1+ hours, WYSIWYG editor not loading -- and instead shows day after day of “no downtime recorded.” Why is this? Why is the day to day usability of the platform, which is regularly degraded and reflected with a “Partially Degraded Service” message, not reflected in the status dashboard for today or nearly every other day?
The support I get from the A.I. Chatbot has me going around in circles since the answers it gives do not resolve my issues. Is there a way to bypass this and go directly to an actual human being in support?

Welcome to Week 2 of the Active Intelligence Challenge!Your task this week: use Active Intelligence to analyze which content types and CTAs are driving the highest click-through rates across your campaigns. Here’s your prompt to run in Active Intelligence:"Analyze which content types and CTAs drive the highest click-through rates in my campaigns. Tell me what's working, what isn't, and what I should use in my next email."Or, if you want a faster start, use this quick-start prompt:"Analyze which content types and CTAs drive the highest click-through rates in my campaigns."What you’ll get: A breakdown of what campaign elements are driving engagement and which ones your audience is scrolling past Specific recommendations for your next send based on your own campaign data A reusable framework to help drive more clicks in every campaign going forward To get credit for completing Week 2:Share your Active Intelligence output in the replies below. Hello, anyone else dealing with their Deals page going missing? This suddenly happened, and I see no way to restore it.
Hey ACers,Is the Campaigns page down for you as well? I cannot access anything in my Campaigns area. The rest of the platform is fine (Contacts, etc)As soon as even select the email tab to choose a subpage, it redirects to an Auth Token Error pageI’ve tried everything (clearing cache, incog, different VPN, different browser, etc). Nothing works. Everything was working fine yesterday.I’ve been using AC for a decade and am not unfamiliar with basic browser issues etc. Also, I can’t even open a real ticket - the only option I have for support is the AI chat, which refuses to handoff to an actual human or open a ticket. It will not get out of gatekeeping mode.Considering how much I spend each month ($300+) and how long I’ve been a customer, one would hope that I wouldn’t be relegated to chatting with “AC-GPT” when there’s a critical break.Apologies for the vent, but this is such a bad look for something that’s supposed to be best in class.Anyway, just wondering if I’m the only one? Thanks
I'm working on a Nintendo-focused gaming website called TomodachiLifeROM, where I publish game guides, 3D gaming content, and tutorials.I'm planning to use ActiveCampaign to improve email marketing and automate communication with visitors, and I'd appreciate some recommendations. Here are a few questions:What automation would you recommend for a content-heavy gaming website? Is it better to organize subscribers using tags, lists, or segments for different Nintendo game categories? What's the best way to automatically send newly published game guides to interested subscribers? Have you found any effective automation workflows that increase engagement without sending too many emails? Are there any best practices for maintaining a clean contact database as the subscriber list grows?I'd love to hear how other ActiveCampaign users organize their automations and email strategy for content-focused websites.
I’d like to be able to create a custom report showing the total value of deals (won, open and lost) by contact. However, in the contact dimensions, there are no fields that I could use to identify related deals. In the deals dimensions, there are no fields I could use to identify related contacts. Therefore, I cannot see how to create a custom report directly or how to merge two different reports. Can anyone help?

Hello, New AC user, i’ve successfully linked Salesforce with AC but am having a contact sync issue. I’m attempting to perform a sync on contacts that meet a specific criteria (run on a custom field “Email Verification Status = Valid”) so I bring in only contacts that I have verified their email addresses. The sync state on these contacts never change and never sync. 've tried multiple sync options with no luck. I was able to sync a user when changing the contact sync option to “All Contacts created/updated from this point forward” and added a new user so I know the connection works. Any insight would be helpful.
Hi All, I have been tasked with ensuring that no cookies fire on my site until someone gives consent because of GDPR and Quebec 25. If I put the ActiveCampaign tracking code in the footer of my site, will that keep it from firing before consent is given, or is there some additional code I need to include or a button that I need to toggle to keep that from happening? How do I ensure that the AC cookie doesn’t fire before consent is given? Any assistance and information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Kathy

Welcome to Week 2 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! 🏆Week 2 is here, and this task is a "Quick Win" you’ll likely use every single week from now on. The goal? Never starting with a blank subject line box again.Your task this week: Use Active Intelligence to brainstorm five subject line variations for your next send. Pick the one that fits, mix and match, or use the best parts of each—just don’t start from zero! Here is your prompt to run in Active Intelligence:"Write 5 subject line variations for an email about [your topic]. My audience is [describe them]. The goal of the email is [open, click, reply, etc.]." What you’ll walk away with:Five distinct options covering different tones and angles (e.g., curiosity vs. direct benefit). Hi everyone! I'm Adriano, founder of BraBos Cleaning, a residential cleaning company in Boston (braboscleaning.com). Wanted to share how we use ActiveCampaign as a local, main-street service business — since most stories I see are SaaS or e-commerce.Our setup:Site tracking connected to a ~3,700-contact list, segmented by service type and neighborhood Post-cleaning lifecycle emails that ask happy clients for a Google review at the right moment Seasonal campaigns with Predictive Sending — our last milestone campaign (a deep-cleaning coupon celebrating a review milestone) drove both bookings and a wave of new reviews Win-back flows for clients who paused recurring serviceResults: our Google reviews grew past 635 five-star reviews, and review generation + rebookings now run mostly on autopilot through AC.Happy to answer questions about any of the automations — and if the AC team ever wants a home-services story for the Customer Stories section, we'd love to participate. 🙂
Hi everyone! We’re kicking off a new monthly AI spotlight series with one feature and practical use case. This month’s spotlight is on using a reference campaign in Active Intelligence. One simple use case: if you’re creating a welcome email, promo, or other send and want the first draft to feel more like your brand, starting with a past campaign can give Active Intelligence stronger context right away and help reduce the time you spend editing later.A simple way to try it: Pick a past campaign you liked. Start a new draft in Active Intelligence. Use that past campaign as your reference point. Compare the first draft to one you create without a reference campaign. If you want even stronger alignment, it can also help to make sure your Brand Kit and Custom Instructions are set up before you generate. If you give it a try, I’d love to hear: Did the draft feel more on-brand? Did it save you time? What AI or ACAI feature should we spotlight next? Thanks for being part of the communit
Hi there, has anyone experienced an issue with open tasks and deal owner glitches. We can’t work it out, we’ve logged in using different sets and browsers on our work PCs and these functions no longer work, yet if we log in on personal laptops or PCVs they both work. The issues are - we can see the task, but if we click on deal - the view completed / view open tasks returns as zero despite there being a task against the deal. Also the deal owner option isn’t showing us our prepopulated drop down lists. Any ideas - we use Edge, tried Chrome - neither work and we have looked at our browser settings, reset our PC profiles - all with no luck!?!
