In the Preference Center form, the “Unsubscribe from all” text is:
“Unsubscribe me from future marketing emails, except transactional emails such as invoices, password resets, and account-related information.”
Is there a way to change the wording of this text?
We are using ActiveCampaign only for marketing emails. Our contacts don't have anything to do with transactional emails like invoices, password resets and account-related information. So I'm afraid this might lead to confusion. Only the text “Unsubscribe me from future marketing emails” would be sufficient.

Hi @mdijk, Thanks for raising this. I can definitely see how mentioning invoices and password resets could be confusing if you’re only using ActiveCampaign for marketing emails.
At the moment, the wording in the “Unsubscribe from all” block is system text and can’t be edited or removed in the Form Builder. The unsubscribe option itself is also required for compliance. I will pass this on as a feedback recommendation to our product team.
As a workaround, you could add a short Text or HTML block nearby with wording that clarifies how this applies to your organization.
