On June 3, I received more than 49,000 bulk signups. The only information I see about bulk removals is to setup up tracking of who hasn’t opened an email in the past 90 days, but I don’t want to wait 90 days to fix this. How can I bulk remove them?

Hey AC,just a heads up that your Webhook UI (the one under Settings > Developers > Webhooks) offers a way to define Signature and other Headers. When entered and saved, the signature/headers is shown again while editing the same webhook (so it seems they are correctly saved along the other webhook data).BUT: neither signature (which itself is also just a header with redacted value field) nor the other public headers are sent along. Not while sending test data, nor when receiving real triggered data.Please fix this bug asap or remove the UI that suggests the feature is available.PS: If it helps, the webhook in question is an unsubscribe webhook with contact, user and system initiated sources.

It would be nice if you could at least change the font of the 1:1 emails to make them more visually appealing. When my emails go out the spacing is inconsistent and the font is off putting. Would love a way to update this.

New to the community here! We are on the tail end of implementation and have a question regarding event tracking. We are having issues finding any developer documentation for event tracking to GA4 & Plausible. Before we add our own solution, is there an official way to track successful form submissions to third parties like GA4 and Plausible.We are not talking about ACs integrated overall event tracking solution we can enable in the AC dashboard. We don’t just use Google Analytics, we have other tracking platforms we need to track form submissions/events...help please!

My manager asked me yesterday whether we could allow website visitors to book a meeting directly with a salesperson, based on whether they are a known contact (by email domain) or by selecting a salesperson/territory from a dropdown. If the person was not a client, their email would be routed to our net-new sales executive. We currently use NinjaForms on our site and Salesforce as our CRM. An AI search said I should use Calendly. The key is that I already pay for all these platforms (including Microsoft Bookings, which is like Calendly), and I don’t want to add another one. So, can I use ActiveCampaign to do this task?  Would love some brainstorming ideas from the community.

Hi gang,I am having the HARDEST time trying to attribute utm tracking with our Calendly events in ActiveCampaign.I can see the utm data in Calendly, but I do not see any of that data available to pass through into ActiveCampaign, whether it be through the direct integration in AC, or through an automation that triggers when an event happens (trying to find the data and then update a field like “Original Source” or “Latest Source”).Every time I try to work with ActiveIntelligence, it proposes ideas (or builds automations) that are not working. Is there an obvious solution that I am missing?

Hi everyone,We have used ActiveCampaign for newsletters for many years without major deliverability issues. Since Wednesday, our test emails and campaigns have suddenly stopped reaching inboxes properly.ActiveCampaign shows the emails as sent, but recipients mostly do not receive them or few they land in spam/junk. We have not made any changes to our usual templates, sender domains, content style, or list setup.What we have checked:Our sending domains show as authenticated in ActiveCampaign. Recent campaign performance has been strong. We tested with link tracking disabled, but the issue remained. Personal Gmail did not receive the test. Work Outlook-email did not receive the test. Personal Outlook received it in spam/junk.From the original Outlook message details authentication appears to pass:SPF: pass DKIM: pass DMARC: pass compauth: passHowever, Microsoft classified the message as high-confidence spam:SCL: 9 BCL: 0 Delivery: Junk / spamThe email appears to be sent via ActiveCampaig
