Hi everyone! I'm Adriano, founder of BraBos Cleaning, a residential cleaning company in Boston (braboscleaning.com). Wanted to share how we use ActiveCampaign as a local, main-street service business — since most stories I see are SaaS or e-commerce.Our setup:Site tracking connected to a ~3,700-contact list, segmented by service type and neighborhood Post-cleaning lifecycle emails that ask happy clients for a Google review at the right moment Seasonal campaigns with Predictive Sending — our last milestone campaign (a deep-cleaning coupon celebrating a review milestone) drove both bookings and a wave of new reviews Win-back flows for clients who paused recurring serviceResults: our Google reviews grew past 635 five-star reviews, and review generation + rebookings now run mostly on autopilot through AC.Happy to answer questions about any of the automations — and if the AC team ever wants a home-services story for the Customer Stories section, we'd love to participate. 🙂
Week 5 is here, and it's the last one! 🏁Over the last four weeks you've analyzed a campaign, generated subject lines, uncovered a new segment, and drafted an automation. This week, it's time to zoom out.Ask Active Intelligence to look at everything and tell you what to focus on next. Your Week 5 prompt:"Based on my account, what are the 3 most impactful things I should focus on in the next 30 days to improve my marketing results?"Want to go one step further? Try this follow-up:"For each recommendation, tell me what success looks like and how I'd measure it." To enter: Post your 30-day plan in the comments by the end of the week. First 10 to reply win an ActiveCampaign mug or an Amazon gift card. This is also your final leaderboard entry! Grand prize reminder 🏆 — Top 5 finishers across all five weeks take home the Full Swag Bundle plus a featured spot on our LinkedIn (185,000+ followers). Welcome to Week 2 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! 🏆Week 2 is here, and this task is a "Quick Win" you’ll likely use every single week from now on. The goal? Pick the one that fits, mix and match, or use the best parts of each—just don’t start from zero! Here is your prompt to run in Active Intelligence:"Write 5 subject line variations for an email about [your topic]. My audience is [describe them]. The goal of the email is [open, click, reply, etc.]." What you’ll walk away with:Five distinct options covering different tones and angles (e.g., curiosity vs. direct benefit). A 3-minute workflow that gives you a faster starting point for every email you write moving forward. Get credit for completing Week 2:Once you’ve generated your results, come back here and reply with a copy/paste of your Active Intelligence output. ⚡Don’t

Week 4 of the Active Intelligence Challenge is live — and this one's for the automations collecting dust on your to-do list. 🔧You know what I'm talking about. The automation you've been meaning to build for months. The one that's going to save you hours every week once it's done… but you never quite get around to starting it. This week, you're building it. And Active Intelligence is doing the heavy lifting.Your Week 4 task: Open Active Intelligence and describe the automation you want to build. That's it. You don't need to know how to set it up — you just need to know what you want it to do.Paste this prompt to get started:"Help me build an automation for [describe your use case]. Walk me through the trigger, the steps, and what the goal of the automation should be." ⭐ This week's featured build: The 7-Day Drip CampaignIf you're not sure where to start, here’s an idea. A drip campaign that nurtures new contacts automatically over 7 days — no manual sends, no forgetting to follow up.
Welcome to Week 3 of the Active Intelligence Challenge! 🚀Week 3 is here, and it’s time to stop sending to the same old segments just because they’re already there. Most marketers use the same lists because building new ones is time-consuming, but this week, you’re letting Active Intelligence do the heavy lifting. Your task this week: Use Active Intelligence to uncover a "hidden" audience in your list that you haven’t targeted yet. One prompt, one fresh audience, zero manual digging. Here is your prompt to run in Active Intelligence:Copy and paste this directly into the tool:"Look at my contact list and suggest a segment I haven't targeted yet that might respond well to a re-engagement or nurture campaign."To get even more specific, try adding:"Focus on contacts who haven't opened in 60 days" or "Look at contacts tagged as [your tag] but never purchased."Or, skip the typing and use this quick-start prompt instead:“Help me segment my audience for my next campaign based on engagement pat

Following up on our conversation yesterday about list hygiene, I wanted to dive deeper into a "hidden" profit killer: Data Decay. We often spend hours building the perfect segments in ActiveCampaign, but if the data inside those segments is "dirty" (spam traps, typos, or expired bouncers), your deliverability (and your ROI) takes a hit.I’ve invited our partners at ZeroBounce to share a guest deep-dive on why "Smarter Segmentation Starts With Better Data." Smarter Segmentation Starts With Better DataGuest Post written by ZeroBounceThe difference between emails that convert and emails that get ignored often comes down to one thing: segmentation. With platforms like ActiveCampaign, marketers can build highly dynamic audiences based on behavior, engagement, purchase history, lifecycle stage, and more. But even the most advanced segmentation strategy depends on one critical factor: data accuracy. If the data behind your segments is incomplete, outdated, or invalid, your personalization efforts
