How our Boston cleaning company grew past 635 five-star Google reviews with ActiveCampaign

Hi everyone! I'm Adriano, founder of BraBos Cleaning, a residential cleaning company in Boston (braboscleaning.com). Wanted to share how we use ActiveCampaign as a local, main-street service business — since most stories I see are SaaS or e-commerce.

Our setup:

  • Site tracking connected to a ~3,700-contact list, segmented by service type and neighborhood
  • Post-cleaning lifecycle emails that ask happy clients for a Google review at the right moment
  • Seasonal campaigns with Predictive Sending — our last milestone campaign (a deep-cleaning coupon celebrating a review milestone) drove both bookings and a wave of new reviews
  • Win-back flows for clients who paused recurring service

Results: our Google reviews grew past 635 five-star reviews, and review generation + rebookings now run mostly on autopilot through AC.
