Hi everyone!This week’s quick tip: when you’re trying to improve email performance, change one key variable at a time.It can be tempting to rewrite the subject line, swap the CTA, change the layout, and update the audience all at once. But when everything changes at the same time, it becomes much harder to tell what actually made the difference.A simpler approach is to focus on one area first, such as: your subject line your preheader text your main CTA your send timing That gives you a clearer read on what is helping engagement and what is not.If you’re regularly optimizing campaigns, a small habit like this can make your results easier to learn from over time.What’s the first thing you usually test when you want to improve an email?
On June 3, I received more than 49,000 bulk signups. The only information I see about bulk removals is to setup up tracking of who hasn’t opened an email in the past 90 days, but I don’t want to wait 90 days to fix this. How can I bulk remove them?
Hey AC,just a heads up that your Webhook UI (the one under Settings > Developers > Webhooks) offers a way to define Signature and other Headers. When entered and saved, the signature/headers is shown again while editing the same webhook (so it seems they are correctly saved along the other webhook data).BUT: neither signature (which itself is also just a header with redacted value field) nor the other public headers are sent along. Not while sending test data, nor when receiving real triggered data.Please fix this bug asap or remove the UI that suggests the feature is available.PS: If it helps, the webhook in question is an unsubscribe webhook with contact, user and system initiated sources.

It would be nice if you could at least change the font of the 1:1 emails to make them more visually appealing. When my emails go out the spacing is inconsistent and the font is off putting. Would love a way to update this.
Active Intelligence has been rolling out a lot of new capabilities, and I'm curious how people are actually putting it to use day-to-day. What's one task you've handed off to it that you didn't expect to work as well as it did? For me I'm always surprised by how useful it is for reviewing previous automations I’ve sent and build improved versions for me to send. Drop your examples below — always looking to learn how others are using it.

Hi everyone,We are seeing a deliverability issue with ActiveCampaign emails sent from our own domain, and I’m curious whether others have experienced the same thing.SetupWe send newsletters from our own domain: @konfront.io Example sender address: kv@konfront.io Our sending domain in ActiveCampaign is: Authenticated Verified DMARC exists on our domain SPF passes Composite authentication passesThe problemEmails are delivered fine to Gmail, but when we send to our own Microsoft 365 / Outlook inboxes, the emails do not appear in the inbox.In ActiveCampaign, the emails are marked as Delivered.When we checked Microsoft 365 / Defender quarantine, we found that the emails were being quarantined as:Quarantine reason: High Confidence Phish Policy type: Anti-spam policy Delivery action: Blocked Detection technologies: URL detonation reputationImportant findingIn Microsoft Defender’s URL analysis, one of the URLs in the message is being flagged as phishing.The URL being flagged appears to be th
Hi everyone,We’ve got new updates in the product as you’ve seen! And we wanted to open up a space to talk about what’s new and what you’re most interested in trying.Changelog updates can be helpful on their own, but it’s always even better to hear how those changes connect to the work you’re actually doing.So let’s talk about it!Which recent update caught your attention first? What are you planning to try in your account? Is there anything new you’d want to see explained with more examples or real-world use cases?If you’ve already tested something new, I’d love to hear how it went! What worked well, what surprised you, or what would you still like to learn more about?
New to the community here! We are on the tail end of implementation and have a question regarding event tracking. We are having issues finding any developer documentation for event tracking to GA4 & Plausible. Before we add our own solution, is there an official way to track successful form submissions to third parties like GA4 and Plausible.We are not talking about ACs integrated overall event tracking solution we can enable in the AC dashboard. We don’t just use Google Analytics, we have other tracking platforms we need to track form submissions/events...help please!

My manager asked me yesterday whether we could allow website visitors to book a meeting directly with a salesperson, based on whether they are a known contact (by email domain) or by selecting a salesperson/territory from a dropdown. If the person was not a client, their email would be routed to our net-new sales executive. We currently use NinjaForms on our site and Salesforce as our CRM. An AI search said I should use Calendly. The key is that I already pay for all these platforms (including Microsoft Bookings, which is like Calendly), and I don’t want to add another one. So, can I use ActiveCampaign to do this task? Would love some brainstorming ideas from the community.
Hey everyone, I’m a former ActiveCampaign user and I’ve just reactivated my account this morning !! I was wondering if it’s possible to integrate the MailTester.Ninja API into the app. It’s super easy to use and could make things much simpler for a lot of people.Thanks in advance
Hi gang,I am having the HARDEST time trying to attribute utm tracking with our Calendly events in ActiveCampaign.I can see the utm data in Calendly, but I do not see any of that data available to pass through into ActiveCampaign, whether it be through the direct integration in AC, or through an automation that triggers when an event happens (trying to find the data and then update a field like “Original Source” or “Latest Source”).Every time I try to work with ActiveIntelligence, it proposes ideas (or builds automations) that are not working. Is there an obvious solution that I am missing?
Great job, Session 2!You just built your first segments, campaign, and personalization flow in Active Intelligence - nice work. Here’s what to do next and a few resources to keep the momentum going before Session 3. 📌 Your One Action This WeekTake one thing you built in Session 2 and refine it:your segment your campaign your CTA or your formIf you want an easy place to start, I’d recommend tightening one segment and then updating the campaign prompt to match it.💬 Share what you builtWhat audience did you segment? Hi everyone,We have used ActiveCampaign for newsletters for many years without major deliverability issues. Since Wednesday, our test emails and campaigns have suddenly stopped reaching inboxes properly.ActiveCampaign shows the emails as sent, but recipients mostly do not receive them or few they land in spam/junk. We have not made any changes to our usual templates, sender domains, content style, or list setup.What we have checked:Our sending domains show as authenticated in ActiveCampaign. Recent campaign performance has been strong. We tested with link tracking disabled, but the issue remained. Personal Gmail did not receive the test. Work Outlook-email did not receive the test. Personal Outlook received it in spam/junk.From the original Outlook message details authentication appears to pass:SPF: pass DKIM: pass DMARC: pass compauth: passHowever, Microsoft classified the message as high-confidence spam:SCL: 9 BCL: 0 Delivery: Junk / spamThe email appears to be sent via ActiveCampaig

We're planning a comprehensive Ruby on Rails industry report and have already built the dedicated survey landing page.Current stack we use:React Strapi ActiveCampaignNow, I'm unsure how to go-ahead with ActiveCampaign for this. The goal is to analyze the data later for the final report. Has anyone tried it? How would you approach this with activecampaign?
Hello,We submitted our App Studio integration more than five business days ago and its status is still showing as Submitted, without moving to the review stage.This integration is being developed for an active customer implementation, and our delivery timeline currently depends on the App Studio approval.Could you please check if there are any issues with our submission or if there is any additional information required from our side? If possible, we would also appreciate any assistance in prioritizing the review.Thank you in advance.
We would also like to request a complete audit of the domains currently being used for our email communications.The objective is to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement that may be affecting our email deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, and overall email performance.Could you please review and provide recommendations regarding: Domain reputation and health SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration Dedicated vs. shared sending domains Tracking domain configuration Email authentication best practices Potential spam or deliverability risks Domain warm-up status (if applicable) Opportunities to improve inbox placement and sender reputation Please share any findings, recommendations, or actions that you believe could help us improve the performance of our email marketing activities.
In the abandoned cart email, products are currently displayed in a single-column layout (one product per row), which makes the email excessively long whenever multiple items are present in the cart.In addition, the current presentation is not visually appealing and gives the email a low-quality appearance, especially when the cart contains several products. The layout feels cluttered and does not reflect the professional image we want to convey through our brand communications.We would like to change the product section to a two-column grid layout, displaying 2 products per row (2x2, 2x3, etc., depending on the number of items in the cart), while keeping each product's image, name, price, and call-to-action button.Example:Product 1 | Product 2Product 3 | Product 4Product 5 | Product 6The goal is to reduce the overall length of the email, improve readability, create a more professional and visually appealing design, and ultimately increase cart recovery rates.
Hello community,We pulls email_activity records from the /api/3/emailActivities endpoint, and I'm encountering inconsistent results between API calls made on different dates. I wanted to check if anyone else has run into this and found a reliable workaround. The Problem:I called the /api/3/emailActivities endpoint (unfiltered) on June 16, and it returned 239 records. The most recent record had a timestamp of June 16.I called the same endpoint again on June 18 and 20 June, it returned 261 records and 271 records respectively more records than before(June 16). However, many of the new records have timestamps from June 8 and June 10, which are dates that were already in the past when I made my first call on June 16. Most recent record had tstamp of June 16 Only.This means records from June 8 and June 10 were not returned in my June 16 call, but appeared later in my June 18 and June 20 call. Is there a recommended approach for building a reliable incremental sync against this endpoint? A
I would like to see reCAPTCHAv3 ability for forms, I use an ActiveCampaign form for some gated content in which people can choose to subscribe to mailing list or not on their way in.Puzzle-style CAPTCHAs can be frustrating at times, and could be even more so to a person who just wants the content. I want to protect the gated content and the mailing list from bots via the same form, but I think the need is still as compelling for just the use of email sign up forms.I notice someone has already asked about this in another part of the forum;
