It would be nice if you could at least change the font of the 1:1 emails to make them more visually appealing. When my emails go out the spacing is inconsistent and the font is off putting. Would love a way to update this.

Agreed. Please, Active Campaign. This is a very unhandy limitation. How can we format 1:1 emails to align with our brand fonts/colors/logos/etc? This is forcing us away from AC to Outlook for emailing.
bit of a workaround, and wont work for all scenarios - but Email Signatures (editable in your account settings) accept HTML. So if you put any custom html there, including images, funky fonts etc. And then put ‘Deal Owner Signature’ as a personalization tag in your 1:1 emails, it will have all your visually appealing stuff.
Also remember that 1:1 emails are supposed to appear like they’re written by someone straight out of their email account.
If 1:1 emails are supposed to look as if it has been sent straight out of my email account, it should allow for me to customise it to look the same as my normal emails.
At the moment, I cannot seem to find how to add my html email signature to an 1:1 email automation and cannot change the font to macth the one we use in Outlook. And I do have an html signature saved in my settings.
