Hello, anyone else dealing with their Deals page going missing? This suddenly happened, and I see no way to restore it.

You weren’t the only one. We identified a broader issue on July 30 that caused the Deals page or pipelines to disappear for some accounts, or showed an upgrade prompt even when Deals was already enabled. Our engineers have resolved the issue, and it wasn’t caused by a plan change or anything you did.

If Deals is still missing, appears blank, or shows an upgrade prompt, please reply here with your ActiveCampaign account URL, browser and operating system, a screenshot, and the exact message you see. Please don’t post passwords, personal contact data, or customer information in the community.
