ActiveCampaign Status Dashboard does not reflect instability, timeouts, etc.

Looking through the status dashboard of ActiveCampaign, one doesn’t see the near-daily platform problems -- entire record types disappearing, scheduled sends delayed for 1+ hours, WYSIWYG editor not loading -- and instead shows day after day of “no downtime recorded.” Why is this? Why is the day to day usability of the platform, which is regularly degraded and reflected with a “Partially Degraded Service” message, not reflected in the status dashboard for today or nearly every other day?

Hi there, thanks for raising this. The status dashboard is intended to reflect formally declared incidents and confirmed customer-impacting service disruptions, so it may not capture every isolated error, intermittent timeout, or ongoing degradation.

That said, the issues you listed, including records appearing to disappear, delayed scheduled sends, and the editor failing to load, are serious and should be investigated. If you can share a few examples with approximate timestamps, your account region, and any screenshots or error messages, the team can compare them against incident and service data. The absence of a status-page entry doesn’t mean the behavior you’re seeing should be ignored.
