+3Hi there, I’m sorry you’ve been stuck in a loop. There isn’t a separate direct-to-agent entry point right now, but you can log in to your ActiveCampaign account, select the Help icon in the top navigation, and ask Active Intelligence to connect you with a live support agent.
If live chat is available, you’ll be connected to the CX team. Otherwise, the chat will collect your details and create a ticket for follow-up. Since the bot isn’t resolving your issue, include your account URL and a brief description of what’s going wrong so the team has the context they need.
