ActiveCampaign Community Ambassadors are customers recognized for their deep platform expertise and real world marketing experience. They play an active role in our community, sharing practical guidance, best practices, and informed perspectives that help other customers succeed with ActiveCampaign.

Community Ambassadors are trusted contributors and moderators who support discussions, answer questions, and elevate the quality of knowledge shared across the community.

Perks: Community Ambassadors gain early visibility into important product updates and opportunities to provide feedback, including select early access and beta programs. They also have access to a private space to connect with fellow Community Ambassadors and ActiveCampaign team members, along with opportunities for community spotlights and official recognition to share within their professional networks.

What is the commitment like?
Community Ambassadors are asked to spend at least one hour per week engaging in our community. They also have Moderator privileges, helping keep discussions positive, helpful, and productive.

What are the benefits of becoming a Community Ambassador?
Community Ambassadors are recognized as thought leaders and ActiveCampaign platform pros—something they can share with their network, resume, and social media. In addition, they gain early access and feedback opportunities, join a private channel with fellow Community Ambassadors and ActiveCampaign team members, and may be included in marketing materials or spotlight features.

How do I apply to become a Community Ambassador?
