Is there any way to filter or order output from the ‘List all tasks’ endpoint using updated date (udate)?
Hi there, I am new to Active campaign and was tasked with exporting all of our lists (unfortunately we have hundreds) with their contacts. Is there any way to bulk export all of our lists with their contacts? Or is there a way we can bulk export all our contacts with their list subscriptions? I see that you can export lists one at a time and that you can export all contacts but that file doesn’t contain list information. Thank you for your help on this!
Hi everyone! I’m developing a CX app (kinda Active Campaign “plugin”) connected to my API. I have two workflows: one outbound (AC to my API) that works perfectly. One inbound (from my API to AC) that does not work the way I want to. I need to update the contact, sometimes, the email can be updated too (because there is a typo for example). In my outbound workflow, I’m sending the subscriber_id but I can’t find a way to include it in the mapping of my inbound workflow. (using the resource: ActiveCampaignContact.fields) Is there a way to tell Active Campaign, through the inbound workflow to update the contact based on the subscriber_id instead of creating another contact? Thank you.
When contact field is updated by automation and it triggered webhook, the webhook payload is being sent as old data before update. For example, Phone number is updated from 11111 to 222222, but in webhook payload I’m getting 11111. To avoid this problem, I’m disregarding webhook payload and I’m getting the contact data using getContact(id) API when catching the webhook. Even then I’m getting partial data. That means some custom fields around (20 fields for example) are not coming. But If I put 10 second delay before I get the contact information and it’s working properly, it’s giving me all the fields and all new values. But I don’t wanna wait 10 seconds, becoz it’s breaking other parts of my system. Is this a common known problem? How to work around this? Thank you.
I have used the import process and I noticed that the upload didn’t work there. In the Chrome DEV tools, I could see that the problem is probably not due to the file, but rather a general problem. Every time I click on “Import” or switch to the page, I get an error message. Uncaught TypeError: this._each is not a function at c (prototype.min.js:1:14461) at nr-spa-1.273.0.min.js:2:90693 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at y.te [as onfinished] (nr-spa-1.273.0.min.js:2:90672) at b.finish (nr-spa-1.273.0.min.js:2:78115) at nr-spa-1.273.0.min.js:2:77688 After clearing the cache and logging in again, the import worked once more, but then the error reappeared. So it seems that the import only works once…
Hiya, We have been using Active Campaign as a email automation tool for a few years now and Im curious to know if we are using it to the best of its ability. Does anyone know anyone that is amazing, to come and have a look to help us with improvements etc about it? Many thanks

Hello everyone, I need to create a list of overdue tasks for a specific stage and pipeline. I’ve searched all over ActiveCampaign for that filter but can’t find it. I only see options to filter by task type, or I can view them in the stage, but I can’t export or move them in bulk. Is there something I might have missed? Is it possible to do this? Many thanks in advance!

Does anyone else experience this bug when uploading images in campaigns? When we upload the image, activecampaign automatically sets the size to 1px so you can almost not see it anymore in your design & you manually need to resize it. Of course, a lot of people think the upload just hasn’t worked and re-try (with another image for example). As you can’t notice the 1px image, you could accidentally leave it in there but then on Mobile it DOES appear!

Hi, We create multiple forms and have the form results emailed to specific users. However the email includes all contact fields, whether it’s empty or not. Is there a way to export or have the results emailed of what the end-user has filled out only?
Hello, I have a question about the integration of Shopify and ActiveCampaign. While customer data like first name, last name, etc., are being transferred to my CRM in ActiveCampaign, the physical addresses of the customers are not. I have already spoken to support, but unfortunately, I did not receive a helpful response. Has anyone else had the same problem and knows how to solve it without having to import a CSV file for new contacts every time? Thank you!
For some reason, automations that have worked for the past 6 months are not working today. Emails are triggered but they are not actually sending. Goals should be triggered but they are not completing. Wait times are overly delayed. Is anyone else experiencing this?
As of Friday, none of my time-based goals or wait-steps are triggering. For example, contacts have been sitting in the wait-step “Wait until it’s 10:00 AM America/New_York” for days when it should have triggered the first time. The same applies to goals. I feel helpless because I have over 100 automations using this to serve my paying customers. Super critical this gets back up! Anyone else experiencing this?
I can’t seem to find a way to export phone numbers when exporting deals. I see we could make a special field, but I want the Primary Contact’s phone number to be included when exporting deals. It’s already in there since they are a contact. Is there a way to make that happen?
I have created a form and set it to email me when there is a submission. I have had several teammates complete the form. The contacts are created and segmented appropriately but there is no notification of submission sent and the submission doesn’t trigger the automation I set up. Thoughts?
Hi, I’m trying to send a previous campaign to a new contact and get a “Campaign failed to send” error. 2 different users have tried this and it fails for both of us. The campaign sent out successfully to our bulk contacts, but this contact (and a 2nd just to be sure) get the error when sending from their direct contact screen. Thanks.
Hello, I created an Automation, and I used tags to filter the contacts that I need/trigger the automation… although, the contacts only enter the automation if the tag is entered after the Automation is active. The contacts that already have the tag before the Automation was active, don’t go in the automation automatically… Do you know any magical trick to make the contacts that already have the tag, get in the new automation other than retagging them all? Thank you
how can I create an if/else condition that answers YES if a contact reaches this point between two dates (say, 10/10/24 and 10/11/24) and NO if the contact reaches this point on another date?
For example - I have multiple automations + multiple campaigns across different segments. But it happens that a contact exists in several places - how can I filter so that he gets only 1 email per day?

We are using the API to add contacts to our nurturing campaigns for sales quotes. We need to allow the same contact to enter an automation multiple times with different values for the custom fields like quote id, quote amount and quote date. Is this possible? I see email must be unique so adding the contact more than once appears to not be an option. Regards, Brad Giesbrecht
