Hit Contact Limit @ 11PM EST - No Support In Sight

I hit my contact limit, the dashboard doesn’t allow to increase the limit, 40,000+ emails have been halted, 1,000+ contacts are now unable to be added to automations, AI chat robot is effectively useless, and there is no afterhours support phone number for Pro/Enterprise users.

Has anyone face major issues like this before, who is suppose to help?
