This improvement offers better visibility and accessibility for links and their actions, making it easier for users to seamlessly add links to their email campaigns. There is now enhanced visibility and ease of creating links, you can view URLs and set up link actions to automate responses when contacts click links. What's NewA modal will appear whenever you click on the link icon in the navigation bar. Expand the link modal with the expand icon to view the entire URL. Use the keyboard shortcut Command+K after selecting text or an image to open the link modal. The full link will be displayed when you hover over it in the modal. Recently, we have observed a significant increase in automatic bot unsubscribes. These are often caused by antivirus scans and link scanners that automatically click on links to check for malicious behavior. Unfortunately, this can lead to false unsubscribes when the scanners follow unsubscribe links found in emails. To better detect and eliminate such bot activities, we have implemented a new human verification challenge to prevent automatic bot clicks on the unsubscribe button in emails. This update applies to customers with the SMS add-on who send messages from the UK. Under new UK regulations, you must send SMS messages from a registered UK number if you’re targeting UK recipients. We are thrilled to announce an enhancement to the SMS manager that streamlines the registration process. This update simplifies the steps needed to register your brand and obtain a UK number for sending SMS messages, providing a more seamless experience for users.
