Hello! I’ve got a problem with a notification towards a specific email. The automation is set in this way: trigger: contact is added on a list if/else based on custom fields add a row to Google Sheet send notification Trigger works fine, same the if/else, the google sheet get always updated but the notification doesn’t always work. It’s send to 3 different email: 2 always get the notification but the third stopped getting them some days ago. It isn’t even labeled as spam, it simply doesn’t arrive I tried deleting the step and setting it up again, there aren’t any problems like full inbox or something like that so I really don’t know what to do. Any ideas? Could it be a deliverability-related issue? The domain is tiscali.it if it could be useful
I’ve been working on an automation, I’ve been making variations and logging when I make those chances, but I can’t sort the list of contacts that complete this automation. When I click through the users activity to the automation route they took, the data and time is displayed, but this doesn’t help me, as I need to be able to quickly sort which contacts completed the automation during a specific period.
anyone else having this problem? I get the Overview page, but if I click on anything in the left column - contacts, campaigns, automations, whatever - the page starts to load with a brief flash of the blue strip on the left, and then that’s it. The strip disappears and the page won’t load at all - just a blank white page. So I can’t get anywhere. I’ve tried several times in several ways, restarting Chrome, etc. Nothing. Chrome is the recommended browser. Safari is not recommended, but is working better than Chrome right now - except that, as always, after starting to create an email and then going back to edit it, it won’t load again. As creating a campaign is what I’m trying to do right now, I’m stuck and can’t do anything. Getting to the point of being done with AC. You?

I’m trying to set up auto form completion so when i send a landing page link to a list, anyone already in my database doesn’t have to enter their details again. I was given this article that apparently explains how to do it, but when I get to my form URL, i can’t change it. And when I add the fields to my page URL, it doesn’t work:ActiveCampaign Help Center Any thoughts?
Doesn’t seem like ActiveCampaign can do this, but feels like you should be able to. An example use-case I have a field for appointment booked. Let’s say I put them into an automation so they always receive 3 reminders. But it doesn’t seem like i can even have the simple logic of, “Wait until the date is X days before the date on their profile”. The alternative, when they book I can use a tool like Zapier to calculate the date that is 10 days before (let’s say the sequence is over 10 days), save that to their profile and then use the date-based trigger. And then I use standard “Wait X days” to space the reminders. But what if they book less than 10 days away… I can’t for example have a goal that will just jump them to the last reminder for example. Am I just overlooking something? And it seems really in-efficient to add 3 custom fields for “Reminder Date 1”, “Reminder Date 2”, etc, and then I calculate each of those dates and have X number of separate automations
