SOS - RSS Feeds Not Displaying in Campaigns

Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing a critical issue with all campaigns that include RSS feeds. Emails sent today are not displaying the RSS content at all — the feed blocks are displaying just the RSS code in the final email. However the browser version seems to work. The feed source itself is working fine and has no errors, so the issue seems to be on the ActiveCampaign side.

We’ve tested multiple campaigns, and the problem is consistent across all of them. We’ve already contacted support, but the issue is ongoing, and it’s preventing us from sending out our RSS-based campaigns entirely.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with RSS feeds in their campaigns today (May 9, 2025)?

Hi Christina, I can’t speak to whether any other customers are having this issue, but I don’t see any trending tickets about it on our side of things. I escalated your issue, but I can see that they have been testing and investigating today to try and figure out what’s going on in your account! Hopefully we can get it sorted soon!!
