ActiveCampaign doesn’t have a survey/polls feature as a specific function, but you can use AC forms with custom fields to design the questions. If you need advanced survey/polls functionality, the best option is to use external applications that integrate directly with ActiveCampaign, such as TypeForm and others that you can find in the APPs section within the ActiveCampaign interface.
