Notification sometimes doesn't arrive, why?

Hello!
I’ve got a problem with a notification towards a specific email.

The automation is set in this way:

  • trigger: contact is added on a list
  • if/else based on custom fields
  • add a row to Google Sheet
  • send notification

Trigger works fine, same the if/else, the google sheet get always updated but the notification doesn’t always work.
It’s send to 3 different email: 2 always get the notification but the third stopped getting them some days ago. It isn’t even labeled as spam, it simply doesn’t arrive
I tried deleting the step and setting it up again, there aren’t any problems like full inbox or something like that so I really don’t know what to do.

Any ideas?
Could it be a deliverability-related issue?
