Cannot See Email Replies

Hi I am new with active campaign i have already double checked the reply email and its good, ive already checked my spam and everything but i am not seeing replies from emails. I also dont see replies on contact recent activity. What is going on and how can i troubleshoot this? Any help is welcome!

Hi Alexia, do you mean that you’ve set up reply tracking, but you’re not getting replies to your emails?

Hi! Yes exactly that! And then also i cant see replies for individual emails, so if its not part of a campaign its just a regular email and im not getting the responses in my inbox

Ok got it. Just to check the basics - are you making sure that reply tracking is checked when you send your email?

Yes! I figured out that the only replies I see is when the contact’s email address is a gmail. Other than that i cant see the replies and thye dont show up on the person’s profile recent activity. Know anythign about that? How can I fix that/?

Hmm that’s strange - so you have people who have told you that they’ve replied to you, but you never got the email? Or you’ve tested it yourself?
I would reach out to support to create a ticket (and reference this thread so they can see everything you’ve done already)
