To use this Predictive Sending, users must,
- Send at least on campaign with Predictive Sending enabled
What you can expect:
- After the first campaign has been sent with Predictive Sending or if the automation block is active. The system starts learning and calculating the optimal send time to align with evolving customer preferences.
- Predictive sending calculations occur weekly, so results will take time to reflect.
- Only users actively using the feature are included in the calculations
