Allow syncing Accounts independently from Contacts

Currently, Accounts in Salesforce only sync to ActiveCampaign when an associated Contact syncs. This creates challenges for organizations that need Account-level data in ActiveCampaign without requiring individual Contact records to sync first.

It would be very helpful to support:

  • Syncing Accounts independently of Contacts

  • Triggering Account syncs based on Account-level updates

  • Maintaining Account records in ActiveCampaign even if no related Contacts are synced

This would improve flexibility for organizations managing B2B data structures and account-based workflows, especially when Account information needs to exist in ActiveCampaign before Contact engagement begins.

    At the moment, Salesforce Account sync is tied to having an associated Contact sync, so I can absolutely see why independently syncing Accounts would be valuable.

    Being able to sync Accounts without requiring a Contact first, trigger syncs from Account-level updates, and maintain Account records in ActiveCampaign before contact engagement begins would make the integration much more flexible for B2B and account-based workflows.

    I can’t speak to roadmap commitments here, but this is strong feedback, and I appreciate you laying out the use case so clearly!
