Welcome to the ActiveCampaign Community! We're building a space where marketers, partners, and customers can connect, learn, and grow together. To keep our community welcoming, helpful, and productive, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines.
The Ground Rules
No spam or self-promotion
This isn't the place to sell your services, products, or affiliate links. Please keep promotional content off the platform.
Be respectful
No personal attacks, bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind. This includes racism, sexism, or any other form of hateful behavior. We're here to support each other, not tear each other down.
Protect confidential information
Don't share proprietary information, intellectual property, trade secrets, or anything covered by an NDA. This includes information from your company, a client, or anyone else.
Keep it professional
We love authentic, casual conversations, but this is still a professional space. Please refrain from profanity and keep language appropriate for a work environment.
Stay on topic
This community is for autonomous marketing, business growth, and ActiveCampaign discussions. Off-topic conversations about unrelated subjects don't belong here.
No pricing or competitor comparisons
Feel free to discuss industry trends and where marketing is headed, but out of respect for the community, refrain from discussing ActiveCampaign's pricing or making direct comparisons with competitors.
Be kind and constructive
Healthy debate is welcome. Just do it respectfully, with no condescension or insults. Use our collective brain power to solve problems together.
Give credit where it's due
Don't plagiarize or steal intellectual property. If you're sharing someone else's idea, work, or content, give them proper credit. Passing off others' work as your own will not be tolerated.
Respect privacy
Only share your own contact information. Don't post anyone else's email, account information, phone number, address, or personal details without their explicit consent.
Be concise
We value your contributions, but if your post exceeds 400 words, we may edit it for length. Keep it tight and digestible.
Use your real identity
Post as yourself. Don't impersonate others (real or fictional) or create fake accounts.
Share accurate information
Don't spread false, misleading, or unsubstantiated information about ActiveCampaign, competitors, or industry practices. We reserve the right not to publish content that's demonstrably false.
Keep feedback private
Have concerns about the community, our policies, or platform content? Email us at community@activecampaign.com. Public complaints about moderation or community management aren't productive, let's talk directly.
Search before you post
Before asking a question, search to see if it's already been answered. It saves everyone time and keeps discussions organized.
Mark solutions
When someone answers your question, mark it as the solution so others can benefit from the answer too.
One account per person
You're only allowed one community account. If we detect multiple accounts, secondary accounts will be banned.
