Restore Campaigns

Please create a restore campaign option. It baffles me that a CRM company does not have that option. This would be helpful if a list gets delete by accident but need to get the data back. At least in a 24 hour window. We can restore the contacts but cant restore the reporting?

Hi Halle! Thanks for your suggestion—that’s very on point. For now, it’s true that admins can restore deleted contact records within 30 days. While contact list associations can be restored, the list itself, campaigns, and reporting data for deleted campaigns or lists are not recoverable.

We will ensure that these are included in the product development plans to ease your life in case of emergencies, such as accidentally deleted campaigns ✌️
