I also want to share how frustrating it is that every time I raise a feature need with customer service, the response is always, “please submit a request.” If a customer has already taken the time to explain the need directly to a representative, I feel it should be logged on our behalf.

Additionally, it seems like ActiveCampaign should be monitoring and consolidating feedback from these forums. By the time we’ve written here, we’ve already been told the platform doesn’t offer what we need, and then we’re directed to yet another form to restate everything. It feels like an unnecessary extra step.
