My Active campaign crashed while i was editing a new campaign and shows the error - 

Something went wrong

We're having trouble loading this page right now

 

On Chrome and safari. And there is no option to click to ask for help or log a ticket.

 

I tried to contact a human but the bot will not open a support ticket or contact anyone. This is urgent!!!!!

 

I have an email going out in 1 hour that I need to cancel.

Hi there!

I can see this is urgent since you have a campaign going out soon. 

If you can't access the campaign editor, I would try:

  1. Try a different browser or incognito/private mode - Sometimes clearing your cache or switching browsers can get you back in quickly
  2. Access via mobile app - If you have the ActiveCampaign mobile app, you may be able to pause or cancel the campaign from there
  3. Contact Support directly - Skip the bot by going to: https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (this takes you straight to the ticket submission form)

    Thank you, I will save that info for the future. I was able to get back in eventually after clicking try again a few times and giving it time.
