Active Intelligence cannot look up Automation Data

Hello!

Yesterday I got an email promoting Active Intelligence. It said:

Analyzing your email performance takes time. Clicking through dashboards, finding insights, then figuring out what to do next.

What if you could skip straight to the answer?

Active Intelligence gives you time back — with customers saving about 10 hours a week, or 13 work weeks every year. Instead of building spreadsheets and chasing data, you're actually strategizing and working on what’s moving the needle.

Active Intelligence analyzes your emails, spots what's working, and tells you exactly what to do next. Just your strategic partner giving you real answers, instantly, or doing it for you.

I got excited, so I logged in to my account and asked it to check the open rate in some Automations. However, it couldn’t find them by name so it asked me for the IDs.

I provided IDs, and still couldn’t find one of them and for the other one it returned me wrong data.

So I opened a support chat and the representative told me this is correct, that Active Intelligence speeds up analysis and actions, but the Automations agent (Beta) focuses on creating/editing from objectives, not as a reliable directory/search by ID.

How can this be possible?

In the email you claim in can analyze email performance, but then it cannot even find my automations. And if automations are really not supported, it should tell me so, instead of asking me for ID and then reporting wrong data.

I can see the utility of Active Intelligence, but little disappointed so far!
