What is your business background? 

Kay Peacey has honed her email marketing automation skills to the very highest levels over 7 years of consulting for small businesses worldwide, and years of service on the Customer Advisory Board for ActiveCampaign.

She founded the Slick Business Academy to fill the training gap for businesses who want to build email & automation skills in their team, and loves making even the most technical scary-looking ActiveCampaign stuff do-able for normal people.

Kay’s unique combination of top-level strategy and technical skills plus a lifetime of teaching make her the perfect person to help your business unlock bigger return on investment from your email marketing automation whilst keeping the human touch.

She’s also partial to using Lego mini-figs or paper aeroplanes to drive home the learning.

Why do you participate as a Community Ambassador?

I've been helping the ActiveCampaign user base get things done faster and better in AC since 2017 - so this is my natural home for sharing the skills onwards.

What is your favorite ActiveCampaign feature, automation, or trick?:

Site Tracking is one of the most overlooked easy wins. A tiny bit of work (like, 10 mins!) gives you insight into every page your contacts visit on your website when they click through from ActiveCampaign emails. Genius for finding hot leads!
