Why do you participate as a Community Ambassador?
To help people get the most out of the platform. There are often so many things people do not know about, or do not have the time to figure out. I love being able to help point them in the right direction.
What is your favorite ActiveCampaign feature, automation, or trick?:
I love the "Start an Automation"/"End an Automation" actions! Being able to work a cohesive flow between automations, is something I always encourage our clients to do.
Keep your automations short and to the point; it makes updating them so much easier when you need to!
