I have been using ActiveCampaign for 9 years and founded Notice & Co in 2021. We are an email marketing agency that works exclusively with ActiveCampaign customers to help them with customer journey mapping, integrations, email copy and automations so they can better engage, nurture and monetise their email subscribers.

What is your favorite ActiveCampaign feature, automation, or trick?:
Creating a Last Engaged Date automation to better keep track of email engagement. It helps to keep deliverability and engagement high and prevents unnecessary contact upgrades for subscribers who are no longer engaging with your emails.
