We use ActiveCampaign as our primary CRM system and I’m writing in complete panic because this morning our main deal pipeline, which contains over 700 deals and more than 1,000 contacts, has suddenly vanished. This is absolutely critical to our operations and we are in serious trouble without it.
Please, if there’s anything you can do to help or escalate this as fast as possible, I’d be incredibly grateful. This is the core of our business — we’re completely stuck until this is resolved.
