Obviously I struggle with Views since this is my 2nd question.
I would love to sort the reports view (and possible other views) by email. But in a useful manner so they are sorted by domain first and than by the account name. Is this possible ?

Views can take a bit of getting used to! Unfortunately, the sorting you're looking for isn't natively supported in ActiveCampaign's Views right now. Views don't offer multi-level sorting or custom sort orders.
You can sort by the Email column, but it sorts alphabetically by the full email address (everything before the @)
I would suggest Export your report or contact list to CSV, Open in Excel or Google Sheets, and sort there based on as many filters as you need!
Sorry that I didn’t get back, honestly the reply didn’t feel helpful to me even if it is if youre looking on it in a technical way. Of course I can do anything super complicated in Excel/Google whatever which is the solution to very special things. However I didn’t feel my request to be that sophisticated, but basic instead.

Our apologies that the answer we shared wasn’t useful. Since the particular feature you’re asking about isn’t available, our goal was to try and identify a potential solution so that you could reach the desired outcome (even if it meant taking an extra step or two outside of the platform).
Something else I’d like to suggest would be to leave this idea for a feature request on our public ideas board (ideas.activecampaign.com).
