Segments very slow to populate contact numbers

I am really struggling with the new segments feature.

For the last few days, when I create a new segment, it can take more than an hour to populate the number of contacts who match the conditions.

This also happens when I refresh the specific lists.

Please advise as this is making the new segment page and builder unusable.

    This is also happening to me. Some segments populate immediately, others take forever.

    I tried to include a screenshot here but I keep getting an error.
