Remove the user from previous lists, keep the last

Hello i want to exclude a yser from nultiple lists and keep him only inside the last list.

For example if a user is “Free subscriber” and he join to “Paid users”, I want him to stay just inside “Payed users” and remove him from “Free subscribers”.

How to make this automation?

Hi, this usually is possible using our automations. Go to an automation, click + button, go to contacts - unsubscribe from list “free subscribers”. However, I am not sure if this is just for a specific contact, or all contacts that are on paid users list, may you please reach out to us at help@activecampaign.com to make sure I am giving you the right advice for your customer journey? 🙂 Thanks, Ash
