Live Youtube Link

Sometimes, ActiveCampaign can be picky about how links are formatted, especially with YouTube live stream links. Here are a few things you can try to get it working:

1. Check the YouTube Link Format: Make sure you’re copying the exact URL for the YouTube live stream. It should look something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID. Double-check that there are no extra spaces or characters in the URL that might be causing the issue.
2. Use a Thumbnail Link: If the issue persists with the live link, you can try embedding a YouTube thumbnail as an image and linking it to your YouTube live stream. Here’s how:

• Find the YouTube video thumbnail (you can usually right-click on the video and copy the image address).
• Insert the image into your email, and then hyperlink it to your YouTube live stream URL. This creates a clickable thumbnail that will take recipients directly to your live stream.

3. Shorten the URL: Sometimes, long URLs can cause issues. You could try using a URL shortener (like Bit.ly) to make the link shorter and see if that helps.
4. Test with Other Links: It’s worth testing with a different YouTube video or a different type of link (like a normal YouTube video URL) to see if the problem is specifically with the live stream link or if it’s a broader issue with how ActiveCampaign is handling links.
