Lead/contact distribution amog users

Hello!

I need your help how to set up an automation to organize the distribution of leads among users. I collect all leads from one source. I would like to distribute leads evenly among the users.

Example 1: I have 2 users and collect 300 leads per month. I would like to set an automation that will distribute 150 leads to user no.1 and 150 leads to user no.2 in the way that every 1., 3., 5., 7., 9…lead will get the 1. user and every 2., 4., 6., 8., 10… lead will get the second user.

Example 2: I have 3 users and collect 300 leads per month. The User no.1 will get the 1., 4., 7., 10… lead; the user no.2 will get 2., 5., 8., 11… lead; the user no.3 will get 3., 6., 9., 12…lead.

I do not want that the distribution of leads would be like that the first 150 leads will get the user no.1 and the next 150 leads will get the user no.2. I would like that the leads would be evenly distributed over a period of time.

How can I achieve this? Is it possible with automation?

    Happy to help with this one. 🙂

    I would recommend using our Round Robin feature when creating a new Deal within our Automation builder.

    The key to this though, is that you will need a Pipeline for the two users, and a pipeline for the three users, as we can only round robin deals within each specified pipeline.

    Here is more information on how to enable the Round Robin feature. When adding a new Deal within an automaton, make sure to select ‘Round Robin’

      Hello Mika,

      thanks for your help, but I think you misunderstood me.
      Let me explane. I created 2 different groups with diferent user in each of those two groups. Than I created two separate pipelines, one pipeline for the user in first group and the second pipeline for the user in second group. I collect leads in one master list. I would like to set the automation that will distribute my leads from master list evenly to those two pipelines. For example even leads (second, forth, sixth…) should go to the first pipeline for user in first group and odd leads (first, third, fifth…) should go to the second pipeline for user in second group.
      How can I do that with an automation?
