Is there a way to brush up the design of direct 1:1 emails?

Hi all,

I am using the direct 1:1 email capacity of ActiveCampaign (I am on a Plus plan currently) and realise that there are basically no options to make the messages visually more appealing.

Do you happen to know of any workarounds to brush up the design for these direct 1:1 messages?

Any idea is greatly appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,
Thomas

Only options available are emojis and your email signature (has html support for adding images etc.)

Thank you for that impulse to explore the html support, that’s greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

I was able to add an image as a “saved response” as well as different signature lines.

This is the image code that works perfectly for me:

< img src= “https://…png” width=100% >

It’s much more complicated than just using the regular email builder so I would encourage ActiveCampaign to enable this as well.

Thanks again and best regards,
Thomas

The only way I have been able to format 1:1 emails acceptably is to create the email in a google doc the way you want it to appear, and then copy/paste the content into Active Campaign. It holds the formatting. This works for creating saved responses which I use a ton of.

Please, Active Campaign. This is a very unhandy limitation. How can we format 1:1 emails to align with our brand fonts/colors/logos/etc? This is forcing us away from AC to Outlook for emailing.
