Invalid API URL on Wordpress

Our Wordpress and Active Campaign has been connected for years, then today when I refreshed the connection on WordPress it’s no longer connected. I entered in the API Key and the API URL but I am receiving an invalid API URL message. How can I fix this?

Hey Erica! Is the disconnect happening again after it worked for a while? I know that sometimes a browser extension or plugin might be interfering with it (you can check if everything is functioning in incognito mode, where all browser extensions and plugins are disabled), so just wanted to rule that out.
