If contact is on automation A, remove contact from automation B

I have a contact in automation A (this automation is for prospects, people who are interested in a product or service) If the contact buys the product, the contact will start an Automation B (this one has the email invitation and various email education).

The contact should stop receiving emails from Automation A (these emails are advertising the product he’s already purchased) These could be a little annoying.

Hope for your feedback.

Hi @tukoart, you can create a “Goal” step at the bottom of automation A.
Goals are a way to “skip” contacts ahead in an automation.
Give the Goal the same conditions as whatever triggers Automation B (i.e. the purchase of the product), and whenever someone meets those conditions, they will skip all the other steps in Automation A.

Excellent! Will be working on your suggestion.
