You can create a simple new form and connect it to your list. You can link that form to your newsletter, asking them to subscribe to this list. You can also use dynamic content for email addresses so the form will be pre-filled with their email, like this: www.yourACformlink?email=%EMAIL%
OR
You can use TAGS for these topics and connect them to specific clicks on that email, like with a button for each topic.
