I CANNOT create any new segments today. Please help!

It’s busted. Here’s one way around it. Open contacts and create an Advanced search. Save the results as a segment. That segment should show up in your campaign segment list.

Are you still running into this issue or did it resolve over the weekend? I can escalate this internally if you need a team member to look into your account specifically.
