Hi, how can i track new costumers leads that are on the “cold” list “new prospects”

and how do i know how we got a customer? i.e. from cold outreach vs marketing vs lead generation on website etc?

    I’m not sure I have enough info to fully answer your questions, but here are suggestions:
    Assuming you are emailing people - the “cold” list “new prospects”. You could create a tag called “source-coldlist”.
    Then for other sources of emails that get into your ActiveCampaign, such as a form for a newsletter, or a pop-up, add a unique tag for each source “source-newslettersignup” or “source-popup”.

    Once a contact becomes a customer - again probably due to an order or some other online payment, they should be tagged as customers, or even put them on a specific list for customers.

    Then you can compare all the customers and see which source tag they have.

    Ultimately you need to create a system that works for you and these are just suggestions based on limited info.
