How to exclude tags from a campaign

Hi there, I sent out a webinar invitation to the global list. I´ve tagged the contact who registered + created a webinar list.
Now I want to send a second invitation to the global list, excluding the ones already registered. However I can´t find the possibility to exclude certain lists or tags when creating a compaign.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
