Hi everyone!

For this week’s “How I use it” spotlight, I wanted to share a simple way Active Intelligence can help when you’re building an automation workflow.

One practical use case is using Active Intelligence to help map out the first draft of a welcome, follow-up, or re-engagement flow before you start building every step manually.

For example, you can start with a prompt like:

  • Build a welcome automation for new subscribers
  • Include a first email, a follow-up reminder, and a final check-in
  • Keep the tone helpful and friendly
  • Focus on getting the subscriber to take one clear next step

From there, you can use the draft as a starting point, adjust the messaging, and shape the workflow around your own goals, timing, and brand voice.

It’s a helpful way to move past the blank page and get a basic structure in place faster.

If you use Active Intelligence for automation planning, I’d love to hear:

  • What kinds of workflows are you building most often?
  • Does AI help more with structure, copy, or getting started?
  • What would make this kind of workflow support even better for you?
