Already off to a good start! The calendly object has a lot of data with it - on the contact record, if you click on the details of the booking, you can see all the data it captures for each booking. You can experiment with using some of that to segment the trigger - such as for a specific event name (which should be the name of the calendly event).

I wind up using the calendly tags when I don’t have time to heavily test or experiment. There are 2 tags created for each event. calendly-integration and one for the specific event. One thing I’ve learned the hard way is when the event name changes - say a client modifies their own calendly settings - it updates the tag name.

You could add a custom field for the date of the calendly meeting and use that to personalize the message. You could also use that to send a “day of” reminder for the meeting.

Can’t quiet understand what you’ve said but will definitely do a research on this or just try and do this. As you see i’m not that very technical person. one thing i do knwo tho is learning sucks. You really have to do or experience it yourself to be able to understand.
