Google Business Profile + Active Campaign + Zapier

Hi @aptcowork1 Abbie from ActiveCampaign here. The short answer is that the name won’t be sufficient to link the review back to a contact record - in order to tie it back to them, we need the unique identifier (the email or contact ID), so there won’t be an easy way to find a contact without that, as the system wouldn’t have any way to differentiate between two contacts with the same or similar names. For this reason, there will need to be a manual step to identify and select the right contact, even if you did pull a list of all contacts with that name or search for contacts in the account.

I double-checked the current information included in the Google Business Profile trigger, and I do not believe it will be possible to automate this currently as the contact’s email address is not included. I will surface that to my team so we can follow up with Zapier regarding the recommended zap you shared - I’m very sorry for the difficulty and confusion you’ve experienced!
