I have written a few hundred newsletters for my list and want to export them all. How do I do that?

    Hi Sharon! If you mean the actual content of all the newsletters you’ve already sent, there isn’t currently a native bulk export for all sent email bodies in one go.

    If you need reporting data, you can export that from the Campaigns Performance / All Campaigns Performance reports.

    If you want to save the actual newsletter content itself, the current workaround is to open each sent campaign, view the web copy, and save that version for your records. You can also export individual campaign report data, but not all sent newsletter content in one bulk export.

    So the short version is:

    • Reporting data: yes, export is available

    • Full sent newsletter content in bulk: not natively right now

    • Best workaround: open each sent campaign and save the web copy
