Disabling MFA

I have provided the login info to my tech guy, but even though the MFA on the dashboard is disabled I am still having to enter a code given by SMS. How can I disable this so he can login? Thanks in advance

Hey! If the main admin can send us an email to help@activecampaign.com and provide your billing information

  1. Last 4 of credit card (card used for billing)
  2. Full billing name
  3. Full billing address
