I want to create a saved response with the "You can call me at %deal_owner:phonenumber% however, the deal_owner:phonenumber doesn’t appear to exist. Is there a way to access that data? I can of course, access deal_owner:firstname, deal_owner:email etc.

%deal_owner:phonenumber% isn’t a standard personalization tag in our system.
I would try to use a custom field personalization tag instead, though this would require the phone number to be stored as a custom field on each deal owner’s contact record!
