Connecting the API to Webflow Logic

I am currently in the process of connecting two forms on our Webflow site to our API and I was wondering if anyone has done this before? I have an email subscribe form that collects just the email field and a lead gen form that collects first name and email. Any and all advice and tips are extremely appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @signedupsportscom Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’d like to collect contact information via your forms, and push it over to ActiveCampaign using the API…is that correct? If I’m misunderstanding what you’re trying to accomplish, please let me know!

If you use the call “Sync a Contact”, we will be able to use the email you collect to either update an existing contact’s name, or create a new contact record: Sync a contact's data

I like this call, because you can also use it to sync over several fields at once should you decide to collect more information in the future and want to send it over in a single call.

I took a look, and Zapier may also be worth reviewing, as they do support both Webflow and ActiveCampaign - I’d recommend reviewing the triggers and options they support in case that’s a good solution for your team.
