Can we change a subscription date

For some reason one of my membership customers subscription date is incorrect and they are coming to the end of it and the automation will be using the wrong date to send out the re-enrollment series. Can we correct that for them on our side?

Hi there - what kind of field is the “subscription date”? If it’s a custom field, you can go to the contact’s profile and change it there.
